What is Dawn Levy’s shipping policy?
- We offer free standard ground shipping anywhere in the US. When selecting ground shipping, orders typically are delivered within 3-5 business days after leaving our Distribution Centers (weekends and holidays are excluded). Orders may take up to two business days to be processed. Orders placed after 12pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following business day. We do not offer Overnight Shipping, Expedited Shipping or Saturday delivery.

Where does Dawn Levy ship to?
- We offer free standard, ground shipping to anywhere in the US.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We do not ship internationally.
After I place my order, how long will it take to be delivered?
- We aim to ship out all orders within 24 hours of being processed. Please note, during times of high volume, processing time for orders may take longer than 2 days. Orders that are placed on Friday after 12pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will not be processed until the following business day.
- The arrival times of shipments are calculated based on the time of dispatch. Transit times are to be used as a guide only; we are not responsible for any delays or interferences caused by FedEx.
- Please note that order processing and delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
How can I change or cancel my order?
- If a cancellation or address modification is needed for your order, please inform us immediately by emailing our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If your order is in process, there is no guarantee of cancellation.
Out of stock items?
- To be notified when a specific product is back in stock, make sure to add your email on the specific product’s page. Make sure to specify your size and color preference!
- In the case that the merchandise you purchased is currently out of stock, we will contact you with a follow-up email.
- We are sorry to hear that your order did not work out. Dawn Levy offers free return shipping.
Dawn Levy gladly accepts returns on full priced and sale priced items only.
To receive a full refund, all merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.Any worn merchandise that does not have the original tags and security tag attached, will automatically be denied and shipped back to you without a refund. We will only accept items that were purchased on our retail website. These items must be returned within 14 days from the date the item was delivered. The original tags and security tag must be attached to the item in order to receive a full refund.
We will not accept returns for either full price or sale price items that are past the 14 day return period, no exceptions.
We cannot accept cross-border returns.
All items purchased during an End of Season Sale are Final Sale, Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable. There are no exceptions.
How do I return an item?
- We are sorry to hear that your order did not work out. In order to receive a full refund on your order, please return your items within 14 days of the date the item was delivered. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and security tag still attached. Any item(s) that do not have the original tags and security tag attached, will automatically be denied and shipped back to you without a refund.
- Please complete the form included with your order. Repack the items you wish to return in the original packaging and return the item using the free UPS label sent to you by email. Be sure to enclose your return form and invoice with the barcode that was in the original shipments box. Any item that does not have the original tags and security tag attached, will automatically be denied and shipped back to you without a refund.
- To receive a prepaid FedEx return label, please email us at email@example.com with your Name, Email & Order #. We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking #. Please allow 24 hours for response time.
- We do not accept returns on any items from any external retailers. If your product was purchased from a different retailer, please contact or refer to their website for their return policy.
What is Route Insurance?
- Adding Route Insurance at checkout is completely optional! When adding the option of Route Insurance, you are choosing to insure your order during its shipping and delivery process.
- A 1% fee will be applied based off of your order total. Route Insurance provides you with the peace of mind in the case that your order was lost, stolen or damaged during the shipping and delivery process!
- If you chose to apply Route Insurance to your order and your shipment was lost, stolen or damaged, you can easily go and file a claim through Route and choose whether you would like your money back or if you would like to reorder the original item(s). Once you file your claim with Route, it should be opened and resolved within 24 hours!
- Once order is placed with the Route option, Route can not be refunded or canceled.

How do I exchange an item?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Please return the item you wish to exchange (within 14 days of the date the item was delivered), and place a new order for the replacement item.
When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the item(s) have been received to our warehouse (address on return shipping label).
What would be considered as Final Sale?
- Any items that were indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are unable to be returned as per our policy.
*We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our policy. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued. Your credit card will be charged for the shipping amount for the items that were returned to us that do not follow our policy*
How can I track my order?
- An email with your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address on file once the order ships. Please note that you can also track your order status by creating a login account on https://www.dawnlevydesign.com.
Where is my order?
- Please use the tracking # provided for your order to keep track of your shipment’s delivery.
- In the case that your package was never delivered, you will need to contact FedEx to file a claim. Once UPS resolves/closes the claim, please forward all relevant information to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to resolve the issue on our end.
- If you chose to apply Route Insurance to your order and your shipment was lost, stolen or damaged, you can easily go and file a claim through Route (email@example.com) and choose whether you would like your money back or if you would like to reorder the original item(s).
