RETURN POLICY 

Dawn Levy Design gladly accepts returns, in the country where purchased of unworn or unwashed merchandise purchased on our retail website for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Sale items are only returnable within 15 days of purchase. Outside North America, we cannot accept cross-border returns. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.  Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.  Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the item(s) have been received to our warehouse (address on return shipping label).

 We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

 If your coat was purchased from a different retailer, please contact or refer to their website for their return policy.


COATS REPAIRS 

We will repair damaged zippers, belt buckles, and embellishments at no charge for up to one year from the date of purchase.   Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, we are unable to repair tears or snags on our coats caused by natural wear and tear. We are not responsible for coats that are damaged by cleaning methods not listed on our care label.  For coats older than one year, we will provide replacement pulls, zippers, belt buckles, and other hardware for repair at your own expense by your local tailor.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Dawn Levy gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase ship date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Promotional codes may not be combined with any other offers, promotions or giveaways.

 

SHIPPING

We offer Free standard shipping anywhere in the US. When selecting ground shipping, orders typically are delivered within 3-5 business days after leaving our Distribution Centers (weekends and holidays are excluded). Orders can take up to two days to be processed.

We also offer express two day shipping at a cost of $25. Orders typically are delivered in two business days. Please note,  there is a 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time cut-off for two day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time will be processed the following business day.

 

ORDER TRACKING

An order confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address on file once the order ships.  Please note, you can also track your order by creating a login account on Dawnlevydesign.com.
